TOHOOD products may be made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
1. Requesting an Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact TOHOOD immediately after placing it.

- Order number
- Name used for the order
- Email address used at checkout
- Reason for cancellation
2. Cancellation Before Production
If your cancellation request is received before the order has entered production, TOHOOD will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
If the cancellation is successfully processed before production, an applicable refund may be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation is not guaranteed simply because a request has been submitted.
3. Cancellation After Production Begins
Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Because TOHOOD products may be manufactured specifically for the customer, we generally cannot cancel or refund an order after production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
4. Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped cannot normally be cancelled.

5. Changing an Order
If you need to change an order, such as:
- Size
- Color
- Product
- Quantity
- Shipping address
contact TOHOOD immediately.
We will attempt to make the requested change if the order has not yet entered production.
Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, contact TOHOOD immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before production or shipment where possible.
If the order has already been produced or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Additional shipping or replacement costs may apply where permitted by law.
7. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
TOHOOD does not control third-party processing times.
8. Duplicate or Accidental Orders
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact TOHOOD immediately.
We will attempt to cancel the duplicate order before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
9. TOHOOD-Initiated Cancellations
TOHOOD may cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product becomes unavailable
- A fulfillment provider cannot fulfill the product
- There is a significant pricing or listing error
- Payment cannot be successfully processed
- Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
- The destination cannot be serviced
- A technical error prevents proper order processing
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfillment
If TOHOOD cancels an order after payment has been received, we will generally issue an appropriate refund.
10. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Orders
TOHOOD may cancel or hold orders that appear to involve:
- Fraud
- Unauthorized payment
- Suspicious activity
- Abuse of promotional offers
- Multiple unusual orders
- Other activity that presents a reasonable security risk
Where appropriate, additional verification may be requested.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to remove or restrict mandatory cancellation or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a customer with a right to cancel an order, that right will continue to apply.
